How to test

The tour as a checklist

Each stop says what to do and what you should see. The guided tour walks the same list with a bar at the bottom of each page.

Start the guided tour
  1. 1. Where Dvar fits

DoRead the table of what KreditBee has said in public and where each Dvar piece fits.

CheckSix rows, each with a linked public source and a page in this demo. The calling agent row says Dvar sits beside the voice vendor, not in place of it.

  2. 2. A voice agent update, blocked

DoRead the red box, press Hear this call, then Play the call.

CheckUpdate v4.3 fixes old problems, but when the borrower's wife answers it tells her how much he owes. That one broken hard rule stops the update.

  3. 3. The fixed update ships

DoPick Update v4.3.1 if it is not already picked, and look at the practice calls.

CheckNo hard rule broken, so it is safe to go live. One call still has a small slip (a part payment noted as the full EMI): a person reads it, but it does not stop the update.

  4. 4. Hardship inside a promise

DoPress Read the call, then flip the model in Behind the answer.

CheckThe borrower lost their job but still promises a part payment. The disposition has to say both; if hardship is missed the scorer marks it critical and the next action changes.

  5. 5. The borrower corrects the date

DoPress Read the call and check the promise date against the transcript.

CheckThe agent reads back the wrong day and the borrower corrects it. The correction wins in the answer key, and a wrong date is a critical failure.

  6. 6. A loan from another lender

DoPress Change the label in the blue box, then flip the model and tick only the misses.

CheckThe statement has a loan credit from another lender. Read as salary, it inflates income and hides the new loan, and the decision moves from refer to approve. The memo is always recomputed in code from the labels.

  7. 7. KYC: the salary slip

DoPress Run the harness, then fix the flagged field in the review queue.

CheckThe small model misreads gross pay with high confidence. Confidence misses it; gross minus deductions does not equal net, so it goes to a person.

  8. 8. Models KreditBee owns

DoRead the misses that become training examples and the model card.

CheckThe small model's misses on the collections set, each turned into a training example. A tuned model ships only through the same gate.

  9. 9. What it costs at KreditBee's volume

    DoChange a monthly volume.

CheckMonthly model cost per workflow for each model, from measured tokens and list prices. Volumes are your inputs; the unit costs come from the run.
